Our Private Lending practices fall in the center of the lending for Residential Development Continuum - between Conventional Banks and higher priced private lenders known as Hard Money Lenders. In this capacity, we integrate the conservative evaluation process of a bank with the ability to offer unmatched convenience, flexibility and liquidity.

As a Strategic Partner for Development, The Monomoy Group works cooperatively with individual developers, builders and landowners in the construction/renovation of regionalized investment properties.
