SHANON W. ST. PIERRE
Managing Partner

As managing partner of The Monomoy Group, L.L.C., Mr. St. Pierre is one of two portfolio managers responsible for making investment decisions on behalf of the company’s investment vehicles.  Together with Mr. Blair, he founded The Monomoy Group in 2005 with the vision of a full spectrum real estate financing company combining unmatched versatility and expertise with unparalleled service.

Prior to forming The Monomoy Group, L.L.C., Mr. St. Pierre was a top producing residential mortgage originator with well over $150,000,000 in origination for one of New England’s highest grossing real estate financing companies.  Previous to the residential banking industry, Mr. St. Pierre managed the lending operations for the nation’s Southeast region at Bedford Capital (now, Bedford Lending Corporation).  At Bedford Capital, Mr. St. Pierre was responsible for originating, evaluating and structuring financing for commercial properties ranging from multi-family and office space to assisted living facilities and nursing homes.  This experience, coupled with his expertise in residential lending, provides the experiential knowledge necessary to competently and creatively structure the real estate investments made through the company’s investment vehicles.   

A native of Cape Cod, Mr. St. Pierre is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Isenberg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
