BARBARA PHELPS GARSIDE
Marketing Director

As Marketing Director of The Monomoy Group, Ms. Garside manages the firm’s advertising and marketing efforts while developing and promoting the company’s public image.

Prior to The Monomoy Group, Ms. Garside began an extensive career in real estate sales and marketing industry in 1990 with E. Melson Webster, Inc.  She later joined Pine Acres Realty, continuing to focus on the exclusive Cape Cod Real Estate market.  While managing her own sales business, Ms. Garside was instrumental in developing advertising campaigns through print, multimedia and internet mediums.  Previous to real estate, she worked in the Municipal Bond Trading Department at Paine Webber.  Since 1999, Ms. Garside has been managing WebbTide, a website design, hosting and development company which she founded.     

A native of Scarsdale, NY, Ms. Garside graduated from Dennison University in Granville, OH where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
