JUSTIN M. BLAIR
Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of The Monomoy Group, L.L.C., Mr. Blair specializes in the evaluation and analysis of real estate markets and is one of two portfolio managers responsible for making investment decisions on behalf of the company’s investment vehicles.  Together with Mr. St. Pierre, he founded The Monomoy Group in 2005 with the vision of a full spectrum real estate financing company combining unmatched versatility and expertise with unparalleled service.

Prior to forming The Monomoy Group, Mr. Blair was instrumental in the rise of a boutique Cape Cod real estate office and its status as one of top producing real estate firms in Massachusetts.  During his tenure at the firm, he was involved in residential real estate transactions totaling over $65,000,000.  In addition to purchase and sales, Mr. Blair directed the firm’s advertising and marketing division where he was responsible for cultivating and promoting the company’s public persona to fit the current market.  Mr. Blair’s experience with the purchase and sale of residential real estate, analysis of market trends and strategic business promotion provides the market knowledge necessary to evaluate the possible funding or partial funding of the purchase, refinance and/or development of both residential and commercial real estate.  

A native of Longmeadow, MA, Blair is a cum laude graduate from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in economics.  While at the Cross, he was a four year member and co-captain of their Division I-AA varsity tennis team.  An active member of the Cape Cod community, Mr. Blair is a member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals, a proud advocate for the Multiple Sclerosis Society and various youth athletic initiatives.
